One crew. Three perspectives.
A common goal.
Bootcamp combines strategic and procedural elements with nautical navigation to create a unique space for reflection and dialogue on Lake Zurich. Here, leadership teams gain focus, strengthen their connections, and develop new perspectives for the future and for change.
At its core, the team consists of two entrepreneurs:
the founder of Change Team GmbH and the owner of Eventfloss Zürichsee. They combine their expertise in strategy, transformation, facilitation and nautical leadership, and, depending on the format, supplement this with selected partners from their regionally based network.
Anke Maderitsch

As the founder of Change Team GmbH, Anke Maderitsch supports senior management and leadership teams in strategy, team and
organizational development. With 20 years experience across the private sector, the public sector and non-profit organisations, she is familiar with the various
areas of tension within these sectors and, as a former leader herself, understands the challenges of day-to-day leadership.
Anke combines a strategic perspective with effective facilitation and team development, and places great importance on actionable solutions that are developed jointly with those involved and underpinned by dialogue on an equal footing.
Anke designs and facilitates the content and structure of Bootcamps to ensure that goals are achieved in the best possible way. She combines strategic work, collaborative learning, and implementation planning with a team experience that strengthens trust, promotes cooperation, and facilitates the transfer of skills to everyday life.
Andreas von Foerster

Andreas von Foerster owns Eventfloss Zürichsee and,
as captain, is responsible for the nautical management of all Bootcamps. With his extensive knowledge of the Lake Zurich area, he ensures safe, calm, and situation-appropriate route planning – tailored to the objectives, weather, and group dynamics.
As an experienced skipper, he combines precise boat handling with a keen sense for places that foster dialogue, reflection, and a change of perspective.
His role provides the nautical foundation for Bootcamp:
a reliable space on the water where teams can fully concentrate on content, collaboration,
and development.
As host, he ensures a harmonious atmosphere on board. Thanks to his regional network, Andreas can arrange supplementary formats on the water and on land
upon request – carefully tailored to the destination and occasion.
